A local tree service desk for Volusia County homeowners — not a national franchise.
Homeowners in New Smyrna Beach and the rest of coastal Volusia County do not need another generic national call center when a 60-foot laurel oak is hollow at the base or live-oak limbs are scraping the roof before hurricane season. They need a place to describe the tree and the yard access — and a local operator who actually reads it.
That is this site. You fill out the form. Every complete request is emailed to Matteo at micheletti.matteo@gmail.com. The subject line is [nsbtreeservice] New tree estimate request. From there we follow up, check satellite view and access, and schedule an on-site yard walk.
We do not take payment here. There is no checkout, no deposit widget, and no pressure on this page. If a public phone line is added later, it will appear in the header. Until then, the form is the front door.
What we will and will not do
- Read every request that is not obvious spam.
- Give you a clear written scope before any saw starts.
- Rope and rig limbs over roofs, pool cages, and fences instead of dropping them blind.
- Never spike a live oak or palm tree that is staying in your yard.
- Never top a hardwood tree or leave contractor trunks sitting on your curb.
